Breakers Water Park is offering a special summer discount | Events
Breakers Water Park is offering a summer special, in honor of a potential record setting streak of 100 degree days.
Thanks to Breakers General Manager, Steve Miklosi all visitors to the water park will be paying the child’s admission price of $16.95 (plus tax).
“We didn’t hit the triple digits until June 1, right after we opened for the season,” said Miklosi in a recent news release. “From there it has been triple digits every single day! We decided to make it more affordable than ever for our customers and neighbors to cool off and escape this heat.” This discounted price is for everyone.
“It’s a huge savings – and will allow more families to cool off in the wave pool, experience the new Rock Slide as well as the adrenaline rush slides – and for the littlest ones to play in the water features at Cap’n Kids Surfari. It’s just too hot outside and we want all families to have the opportunity to come and cool off.”
This special discounted price is guaranteed to last through at least July 7. There are no coupons, or special requirements needed to get the discount.
“We are looking at other ways to be good neighbors during this extreme heat,” said Miklosi. “As a locally owned and operated company all of these years, we understand what the Tucson heat can be like.”
Other entertainment added to the Breakers summer line up, and included in the admission price are characters SpongeBob SquarePants, Scooby Doo, Dora the Explorer, Jimmy Neutron, Patrick from SpongeBob and Cosmo from Fairly Odd Parents are all slated for special weekend entertainment. A beach DJ and karaoke are also being added to the mix.
“We want families to enjoy themselves and escape the summer heat with us – where it’s cool and fun – for a price they can afford.”
