Oro Valley Tree Lighting Celebration tomorrow | Events

Love the holidays, and just can’t wait to put your own tree up?  Mark your calendar and get ready for the lights! 

Come to Oro Valley and join the festivities, which will include live entertainment, activities for the kids, free refreshments and of course the crowning event – the lighting of the tree.  Santa is even rumored to be coming, riding in on a Golder Ranch Fire Truck.

Some of the entertainment this year will include:

• Tuba Christmas preview
• Two Suite Holiday Trumpet Duet
• Community Choir
• Casas Christian School Orchestra
• Painted Sky Elementary Choir
• Wilson K-8 School Choir
• Ironwood Ridge High School

WHEN:  November 30 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

WHERE:  Oro Valley Marketplace (SW Corner of Oracle and Tangerine)

In the spirit of the season, Oro Valley staff will partner with the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 53 to collect money for the Shop-With-A-Cop program, benefitting local families in need. Staff will also collect donations of non-perishable food items for the Interfaith Community Services food bank.
