Oro Valley HiVE December dates | News

Oro Valley Police Department is continuing the High Visibility Enforcement (HiVE) enforcement during December.  HiVE activity will be located on Oracle Road at both the Magee and Suffolk intersections. 

OVPD is hoping to increase driver awareness and to help reduce collisions that are related to inattention, following too closely and failing to yield to other drivers.

Six motorcycle officers will be deployed to the above areas on these dates:

• December 19, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
• December 20, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• December 27, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Motorists are asked to be aware of the additional enforcement activity and to please drive safely.
